About Me

HI I AM ZELISSA. I am a certified personal trainer and board certified Occupational Therapist. I am a wife, and busy mother of four. I decided 7 years ago to take the necessary steps to lose weight once and for all. I was sick of being on a diet since the age of 18. After not being able to walk a ¼ of a mile, I was fed up with being fat. I was at the end of my rope and hopeless. Something deep down kept pushing me to give the weight loss thing one more damn try. And I did… and with that I was able to transform body by learning and mastering the skills, habits, routines, and the psyche to lose and keep the weight off forever. I competed in bodybuilding shows, ran marathons, done multiple photo shoots and attended multiple fitness related events and retreats because of my transformation.

My passions include quality time with my family, sharing my transformation journey with others, and teaching women how to start a weight loss journey.
